Dr. Bradberry is a favorite of mine. I read something from him almost daily.
Communication is consistently a challenge in our personal and professional relationships. Some are naturally gifted communicators while others work hard to improve. None of us communicate perfectly. However, each of us possess the capability to sharpen our skills and continually improve.
I appreciate someone who is consciously working to improve one’s communication skills. It demonstrates a level of self-awareness necessary as a leader. We cannot be experts at all ten of these skills, but we can identify those areas of strength and areas of weakness so we can focus on improving our weaknesses.
Communicating as a leader is difficult and always will be. These secrets help to unlock the greatness in all of us.
